She  holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Afe Babalola University, Nigeria and is presently undertaking a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in Management with Fort Hays State University, USA. She possesses 9 years’ experience in legal practice as both a practitioner in a law firm and as an adviser and consultant on legal, human resources and management practices.

She is a Member of the Nigerian Bar Association, NBA Section on Business Law, Women in Energy, Oil and Gas and National Institute of Credit Administration.

She is adept at corporate governance , regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, management advisory as well as business operations and project management and has successfully handled cases and transactions, working with and consulting for top-tier law firms and multinational organisations, in various industries (including; Oil and Gas/ Energy, Real Estate, Hospitality, Financial Technology (FinTech), FMCG Manufacturing, Media and Entertainment, amongst others.).
