Helena is a graduate of the University of Benin, with a Bachelor of Laws degree. She was admitted to the Nigeria Bar in 2018.

Prior to joining Lexworth Legal Partners, she worked with the Corporate and Commercial Law Department of Babcock University School of Law. Over the course of her career, Helena has worked in a number of roles which has improved her knowledge and competency in diverse areas including Litigation, Corporate and Commercial practice- an advantage she has leveraged to create quality services for clients across sectors and transactions.

She is a graduate member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators Of Nigeria
